Last Year's Ho Down!
For the Art Alliance
of Idyllwild
Many thanks to all those who turned out for the Ho Down! event at the Rainbow
Inn last year. The event was a successful fundraiser hosted by "Lady Windean
Dahleen" and the "Rainbow Inn" as a benefit for the Art Alliance of Idyllwild's Art
& Education Program.

Under a picture perfect balmy summer evening, guests were treated to a stellar
performance by "Jamie & The Hillbillies" featuring Jamie Olsen, Ann & Barnaby
Finch, Don Reed and Jeff Bristol in the inauguration of our new outdoor stage at
the Rainbow Inn.

Then, Windean Dahleen and Trine Bietz wowed the gathering with their sultry
rendition of "I Wanna Get Married."

Finally, headliner Tommi Rose took over the stage with a spectacular delivery of
new work from his recently released CD "Broadway - This Broad's Way!" Tommi
thrilled the crowd with his unique blend of character and charisma.

Thanks especially to Lou Bacher for his memorable talents as
emcee for the evening's festivities. To Ken Dahleen we cannot
express enough how much we appreciate your expertise in
creating the sound and staging for the evening's performers and
guests.

Our generous sponsors were Cafe Aroma, Idyllwild Pizza
Company, The Silver Pines Lodge, Creekstone Inn, Quiet Creek
Inn & Vacation Rentals, Yokoji-Zen Mountain Center, D&D Sound
Connection, Sandlin & Son Equipment Rental and Sunlass Tax
Services.

This event relied heavily on the assistance and generosity of many of our Idyllwild
family including James Larkin and Rachel Welch, Linda Delong, Grace Reed,
Christina Lee Fletcher, Jacque Swerdfeger, Judy Shonebaum, Wendi Strebe,
Suzie DuAmarell, Chris Singer, Jack & Nancy Fletcher, Delores Sizer, Becky Clark,
John Kinnear, Jim Campbell, Kathy & Hubert Halkin and our very special "Hooter
Shooters" bar tenders.

A special thanks also to all of the Art Alliance artists who donated their creative
works for the Silent Auction giving a unique feature to the night's agenda.
With So Much
Thanks & Love,
Windean,
Lon & John
